I grew up in a small town in Idaho called Emmett. It sits in a valley north of Boise and truly has a unique small town appeal. I am the oldest of 6 children and love spending time with them as they start families of their own. My father is a business manager for a company that owns large agricultural operations. His assignments have caused me to live in different parts of the country, so I have been able to see what its like in a variety of places.
After high school, I met my wife who happened to be from Utah. We decided to stay here, and life has been full of opportunities ever since. We have 3 young boys who are more fun than I could ever imagine. I went to college at the University of Utah were I majored in Economics and had a stint as a walk-on for the football team. During that time I also worked customer service for eBay, my favorite place to shop. In 2007 I finished a masters degree from the University of Phoenix and became licensed as a mortgage lender.
